How will we fuse these intricate plots of murder, espionage, and intrigue into a seamless 4 course dinner? That is part of the mystery of attending a PS UNDERGROUND event. You’ll never know until the final curtain.
We once again partner with THE GAND BAND after the successful collaborations THE BEAT and THE CAVERN. THE GAND BAND offers up the music that will be sung by a cast of characters that jumped right off the silver screen. You’ll be treated to our interpretation of music from the likes of Shirley Bassey, Adele, Nancy Sinatra, Tom Jones, Carley Simon, Duran Duran and more, as a brand-new spy plot will unfold before your very eyes.
The dress for this unique dining experience is “Casino Chic”. That’s right, dress as if you are stepping off your yacht in Monte Carlo for an evening of elegant dancing, gambling and debauchery.
PS UNDERGROUND is known for dinner events that are often dubbed “Culinary Raves” and “Feasts for the Senses”. Our chef, Chef Dave will whip up a culinary feast fit for the most elusive spy. The menu is kept secret, it adds to the mystique. No worries, he is prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.
Whether you like your cocktails “Shaken or Stirred” you won’t be disappointed with the offerings at the PS UNDERGROUND bar. We are whipping up some fantastic specialty drinks just for the occasion. Drinks are not included in the ticket price and will be billed on consumption.
