How will we fuse these intricate plots of murder, espionage, and intrigue into a seamless 4 course dinner? That is part of the mystery of attending a PS UNDERGROUND event. You’ll never know until the final curtain.

We once again partner with THE GAND BAND after the successful collaborations THE BEAT and THE CAVERN. THE GAND BAND offers up the music that will be sung by a cast of characters that jumped right off the silver screen. You’ll be treated to our interpretation of music from the likes of Shirley Bassey, Adele, Nancy Sinatra, Tom Jones, Carley Simon, Duran Duran and more, as a brand-new spy plot will unfold before your very eyes.

The dress for this unique dining experience is “Casino Chic”. That’s right, dress as if you are stepping off your yacht in Monte Carlo for an evening of elegant dancing, gambling and debauchery.

PS UNDERGROUND is known for dinner events that are often dubbed “Culinary Raves” and “Feasts for the Senses”. Our chef, Chef Dave will whip up a culinary feast fit for the most elusive spy. The menu is kept secret, it adds to the mystique. No worries, he is prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

Whether you like your cocktails “Shaken or Stirred” you won’t be disappointed with the offerings at the PS UNDERGROUND bar. We are whipping up some fantastic specialty drinks just for the occasion. Drinks are not included in the ticket price and will be billed on consumption.

PS Underground and the Gand Band are teaming up for a new series: POP.

The first in the series features cultural icons, events, fashions and music from the 1980's.

Roll up the sleeves on your linen sport coat, add shoulder pads, gel your spiked hair, squeeze into animal print Spandex, jump in your Lil Red Corvette for a drive Back to the Future.

You'll have to dodge the temptations of the era.

Nancy Reagan asked us to "Just say no." while we were yes-ing. Her hubby demanded "Take down the wall." Greed was good. The Material Girl became the new Marylin. We wore our sunglasses at night. Totally tubular!

MTV killed the radio star. We all joined in World televised charity for Live Aid. A fruit company put a computer in every home. There was Something In the Air, fer-sure. You either Walked Like an Egyptian or Turned Japanese.

The bodacious Gand Band rocks out tunes from your 1980's faves: Madonna, Phil Collins, Queen, Prince, ZZ Top and more. So don't be a couch potato. It's going to be a rad night of totally bitchin partying to the max!

Chef Dave pairs the musical entertainment with a multiple course meal. The menu is kept secret but with advance notice, Chef Dave will accommodate dietary restrictions.

There is a full no-host bar at POP. I am sure our mixologists will be shaking up some rad concoctions.

Celebrate New Year's Eve with the Gand Band and a Soul Train Dance Party! Plus DJs Glitter & Sand (Kiki and Greg Tormo) spinning all vinyl sets of funk and soul. The Gand Band will do a countdown for CHICAGO NYE time and California time. Tickets start at $25, and several other options include table and preferred seating.
